Bio

Brandon Prenger is a highly skilled litigator with years of experience in the courtroom handling complex family law matters. With hundreds of cases under his belt, Brandon brings a personalized touch to his practice by providing clients with a nuanced and tailored understanding of the law and a straightforward approach to his representation. Brandon’s primary practice areas include family law, domestic relations, parental and grandparent rights litigation, and dependency and neglect matters.

Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Missouri, double majoring in criminal justice and psychology. He attended law school at Creighton University Law School in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated in 2013, with honors. Following his graduation from law school, he moved to Colorado where he interned for Judge Barney Luppa in Colorado’s 4th Judicial District. Following his judicial internship, Brandon worked for several large domestic relations law firms honing his skills and advocacy to become one of Colorado Springs's most sought-after family law attorneys. Brandon joined Aviso Law LLC as an Of Counsel attorney in 2021.
